08.00 – 17:00 MONDAY TO FRIDAY

1 HOUR LUNCH

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide the link between the Project Office and key Military customers.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide point of contact for configuration of customer data input and output
  • Liaison between other team members to ensure timely response to customer requirements
  • Maintain action logs for all contracts and customers
  • Co-ordination of equipment service and maintenance visits
  • Collation and presentation of contract / customer performance data
  • Keep customers up to date with their equipment repair progress
  • Produce repair pricing schedules & provide to customers
  • Become familiar with Mel Group Operations and departments

PERSONAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experienced and proficient in using Microsoft Office, Project and PowerPoint an advantage
  • Resilient, confident personality with the ability to communicate difficult information
  • Calm under pressure
  • Highly organised
  • Flexible and adaptable, responds well to change
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a methodical approach to tasks
  • Experience of dealing with government & military personnel an advantage
