During November 2015, Laurence Walter Aerospace Solutions LLC based in Chesapeake, Virginia USA became the first MEL Group, Flycom factory approved stockist and repair facility.
Covering the Americas and Canada. Stock of Flycom helmets and associated equipment were delivered. Training on build, testing and fault finding was conducted by the founders Grandson Lewis Wadley.
Lewis was given the opportunity to ensure all the materials and test equipment were shipped to LWAS and also preform the training with LWAS senior Technician Walt Bell. The aim was to reduce delivery time for the range of Flycom products, whilst also offering a first class repair and spares centre to support the Americas and Canada.
Product support is at the core of The MEL Group’s strategy across our product range; our objective is to design obsolescence out of our products. Giving customers throughout life support.
