The MEL Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of Redmayne Engineering Ltd, based at two sites Romsey and Lymington, Hampshire. The acquisition will bring further capability and engineering skills to The MEL Group and its customer’s in the aerospace, defence and industrial sectors. Redmayne Engineering have a blue-chip customer base including Honeywell, Safran and Leonardo.
Redmayne Engineering is a well-established precision engineering company, specialising in the production of fine limit components for the aerospace, defence and allied industries. Redmayne’s services include CNC machining, milling and turning, grinding, honing, gun drilling, thread rolling, broaching and pressure testing.
The MEL Group’s Chairman Nick Smith, Group CEO Gary Harvey and Director Nick Harvey would like to sincerely thank Tup and Jan for entrusting them with the future of Redmayne Engineering Ltd.
This is our largest acquisition in terms of manpower, The MEL Group will gain 77 employees.
